Bo Rinaldi–a natural food chef and co-author of “Vegan World Fusion Cuisine,” a gorgeous cookbook jam-packed with wonderful recipes, stunning photography, an array of resources & information, including gentle guidance on making the transition to a veg diet, and a foreword by Jane Goodall–discusses his background and the path that led him to get involved with The Blossoming Lotus (a widely acclaimed vegan restaurant on Kauai–with a second location in Portland–that he co-owns with co-author Mark Reinfeld), which in turn led to creating the cookbook and a spiritually & philosophically-related collection of businesses, services and projects.
