Paula Poundstone, Comedian & Cat Fancier Extraordinaire

Paula Poundstone–veteran comedian perhaps best known as a regular panelist on NPR’s popular weekly quiz show, “Wait, Wait…Don’t Tell Me” and cat fancier extraordinaire–provides an update on her family’s current feline population (holding steady at 16), recent behavioral challenges amidst the brood, and more. She also addresses the all-important litter box topic–including that they have four litter boxes for the 16 cats–and related issues. And Paula discusses the Poundstone Diner Cam, a camera fixed on the cats’ food bowl and water, providing a live feed through Ustream of the family cats eating and drinking, accessed through her website. She also outlines what she’s learned from all these years spent with all these cats, including a true pearl of wisdom, how she feels about and approaches performing stand-up 30+ years into her career, and more.
