Betsy Lipscomb–a cat behavior expert who created The SmartCat “Peek-A-Prize” Toy Box, a device designed to reduce boredom and obesity in housecats (and which got a rave review from the show’s in-house, overweight test cat, Curtis)- discusses the development of Toy Box, including the cat behavior principles and different versions involved, as well as Cats International, an organization she founded that provides free information and advice about cat behavior problems.
